Sims 3 serial code never gotten? - for the sims 3 exchange serial
I downloaded the sims 3 from the EA website (before) and never had the serial code that does not even ask for one when downloading, and I want one for the Exchange store, but I have without the code. I found the code in an e-mail, may send or how can I get one?

You can probably support an e-mail or call and ask EA, they will know what to do. I can not help much, as I bought my Sims 3, in a tent, and the serial code was on the back of the manual.
