How do I transfer my video edited on Pinnacle and burnt to CD to my hard drive for further editing/storage? - pinnacle media centre serial

My concern is that I can see my video in Windows Media Center, but I can not keep on my hard drive for future editing, copy the / partition. The original files are lost Pinnacle Program is the only copy I have burned the video onto a CD.
